SIDI Professional Dairy Management Program
The Sweetwater International Development Initiative (SIDI) Professional Dairy Management (PDM) Program is designed to provide Pakistani dairy professionals, including managers, university or extension professors, government and private sector agriculture extension teachers, NGO trainers etc., with a solid understanding of the latest management systems, technologies and techniques in use in modern dairies throughout the world. The program is based on the Utah State University Farmland and Dairy Training Initiative and is supplemented with materials from many other USA universities and various international organizations. 
The program will cover each of the four major areas of learning in Dairy Management which would include: General Dairy Herd Management including record keeping and the Dairy Herd Improvement Association (DHIA) record keeping system; Dairy Cattle Nutrition and Feeding including Total Mixed Ration (TMR) calculations using computer software; Reproduction in Dairy Cattle; and Dairy Animal Health and Anatomy. 
Every participant that completes the full program will receive a SIDI PDM graduation certificate.
