The newly constructed sweetwater International (SI) Dairy facilities reflect the modern dairy management systems approach of SI. All aspects of dairy cow comfort, modern hygiene, and nutritionally balanced feeding have been taken into account in the design and construction of these facilities. The facilities provide optimum environmental conditions for a healthy and productive dairy cow.

The SI diary and research farm and renovated training facilities provide unparalleled opportunities for farm managers to observe, study and learn the latest dairy techniques and management systems employed at the top dairies around the globe. The SI Dairy farm is a fully-functioning modern dairy equipped with state of the art machinery and systems that allow for superior production of high quality milk. Students will train on the farm to learn how techniques and management systems are applied to achieve exceptional milk production.
