The internationally patented Sweetwater Solution™ (SS™) machines are built with high quality 304 & 316 gauge stainless steel and schedule 40 PVC. The SS™ machines are specially designed and engineered to maximize the amount of sulfur dioxide created, captured and blended with the irrigation water per pound of sulfur used. Emphasis is placed on the efficiency of these processes in order to ensure that the SS™ delivers the highest value to its users while minimizing the cost of sulfur used in the water acidification process. Proof of the SS™ machines’ efficiency is the complete absence of any sulfur odor, due to the near 100 percent absorption of the sulfur dioxide created during the sulfur burning process.

SI offers interested buyers a free review of their water and soil analyses to confirm that the SS™ machine is appropriate given their water and soil conditions.

Every SS™ machine comes with a full one-year warranty on all parts. Where SI does not sell sulfur, it can recommend reliable sulfur sources so that customers can negotiate the best price for their location.  To ensure the machine operates at maximum efficiency however, the sulfur grade must be 99.5% assay or better. All SI machines are based on the same sulfur burning technology; however, different designs have been developed over the years to meet the diverse operating environments and needs of SI’s clientele. From the smallest farmer in the developing world to large university campuses, SI has the technology to meet your water acidification needs.

The New SS™-10 machine.  After more than a decade of research and field experience, SI has developed the new SS™-10 machine. The SS™-10 boasts the capacity to treat as little as 300,000 gallons of water per day or as much as 1.2 million gallons. Despite its versatility and capacity, the SS™-10 remains price competitive with much smaller machines on the market.

To minimize the time it takes to do maintenance on the machine, or clean the burn chamber, the SS™-10 has been outfitted with quick release v-clamps that provide easy access. Every SS™-10 machine also comes with an igniter to light the sulfur during start-up and a battery powered hand held pH meter that allows for instantaneous monitoring of the treatment’s progress. In many ways, the SS™-10 combines the best elements of earlier machines into one simple, versatile and affordable machine.

Requirements: The SS™-10 uses pressurized water lines (30 psi max) and must have a designated discharge line for treated water.
